Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA)
In order to assess the employment potential of an individual, an analysis of the employment background and transferable skills is performed. The process consists of compiling occupations from the National Occupation Classification (NOC) to represent an individual’s work history while analyzing the search filters including aptitudes, data, people, things, body position, strength, limb co-ordination, education, and salary. Taken into consideration to determine alternate occupations is the individual employment history, any medical or functional restrictions, as well as educational background. Specific software analysis is completed to discern matching of job specific parameters. The evaluator reviews all documentation, sofware analysis, and completes a thorough assessment of occupational availabilities with a complete report.
